Important Notes
- The project timeline begins only after all required client materials and the complete list of 10 icon concepts are received and confirmed
- Icon style (line, filled, or outlined) is agreed upon before work begins and applies consistently to all 10 icons — mixed styles within a single set are not included
- This service covers icon design only — implementation into a website, app, or codebase is not included
- Icon animation or motion is not part of this package
- If fewer than 10 concepts are provided at the time of delivery, remaining slots will be held until concepts are confirmed — this may affect the timeline
- Color usage within the icons is based on your brand palette; if no brand colors are defined, this is confirmed with you before design begins

Requirements From Client
- A clearly defined list of exactly 10 icon concepts or actions to be designed (e.g., “home,” “settings,” “upload,” “analytics”)
- Your logo file in SVG or PNG format, or a brand style guide if available
- Preferred icon style: line (outline only), filled (solid), or outlined with fill accents
- Brand color codes in HEX format; if unavailable, share any visual reference
- Any reference icons or icon libraries whose style you find appealing or want to align with
- Preferred editable source file format: Figma or Illustrator
Deliverables
- 10 individual SVG files, optimized and ready for developer use
- 10 PNG exports at 2x and 3x resolution for each icon
- Editable source file containing all 10 icons in Figma or Illustrator format
Timeline
4 business days from the date all required client materials are received and confirmed, including the finalized list of 10 icon concepts. If materials or concept list are delayed or incomplete, the timeline adjusts accordingly. Rush delivery is available as an optional add-on.
Revision Policy
- Included revisions: 1 round of revisions
- What counts as a revision: Adjusting the shape, proportions, stroke weight, color, or level of detail on any of the 10 delivered icons based on your feedback
- What is NOT a revision: Replacing icon concepts entirely after the initial draft has been delivered, changing the icon style (e.g., switching from line to filled after approval), or requesting more than 10 icons — these are treated as new or additional work and priced separately
Usage Rights
Upon full payment, you receive complete commercial usage rights to all delivered icon files. You may use the icons across your website, mobile app, presentations, marketing materials, and any other business context without restriction. The editable source files are yours to modify and expand upon as your product grows.
