• If no brand colors are provided, colors will be derived from your logo and confirmed with you before proceeding
• Platform dimension specifications are based on current standards at the time of delivery; platform requirements can change and are outside our control
• Animated or video cover images are not included in this service
• The source file is provided in one format — the preferred format (Figma, Illustrator, or Canva) is confirmed during the brief stage
• Text or taglines to appear on the designs must be finalized before work begins; content changes after delivery are not covered under the revision round

Revision Policy

• Included revisions: 1 round of revisions
• What counts as a revision: Adjusting colors, fonts, layout, spacing, background style, or updating a short text element across the delivered designs
• What is NOT a revision: Changing the overall design concept after the initial direction has been approved, requesting designs for additional platforms not included in the package, or adding new design elements not discussed in the brief — these are treated as new work and priced separately

Usage Rights

Upon full payment, you receive complete commercial usage rights to all delivered design files. You may upload and use the profile pictures and cover images across your business social media accounts without restriction. The editable source files are yours to modify and reuse as your brand evolves.
