Timeline

The delivery timeline is 4–6 business days. The timeline starts after receiving all required materials from the client, including the information, goal, brand assets, required size, and any references or visual assets. Delays in providing complete requirements may affect the delivery date.

Revision Policy

• This service includes one revision round, unless otherwise agreed before starting.

• What counts as a revision:

  • Minor text updates using client-provided content.

  • Adjusting icon placement, spacing, or section order.

  • Replacing icons or visual elements within the same direction.

  • Adjusting colors or typography within the provided brand style.

  • Minor layout refinements to improve clarity.

• What does not count as a revision and may require an additional cost:

  • Rebuilding the infographic with a completely new design direction.

  • Replacing most of the original content after design has started.

  • Adding extensive new sections not included in the original scope.

  • Creating another size or format not agreed in advance.

  • Conducting research, analysis, or rewriting the full content.

  • Designing additional infographic versions.

  • Providing editable source files if not included in the agreed scope.
