Important Notes
- The project timeline begins only after all required client materials are received and confirmed
- If no brand colors are provided, colors will be derived from your logo and confirmed with you before proceeding
- This service covers design only — printing, paper selection, and shipping are not included
- The editable source file format (Illustrator, Figma, or Canva) is confirmed during the brief stage based on your tooling preference
- Content to appear on the card and letterhead (names, titles, phone numbers, addresses, etc.) must be finalized before design begins — changes to content after delivery are not covered under revisions

- Company name and any information to appear on the letterhead header or footer
- Preferred design style: minimalist, corporate, creative, or any visual references for inspiration
- Preferred editable file format: Illustrator, Figma, or Canva

Timeline
2 business days from the date all required client materials are received and confirmed. If materials are delayed or incomplete, the timeline adjusts accordingly. Rush delivery in 1 business day is available as an optional add-on.
Revision Policy
- Included revisions: 2 rounds of revisions
- What counts as a revision: Adjusting colors, font sizes, layout arrangement, spacing, or updating any text content on the card or letterhead
- What is NOT a revision: Changing the overall design concept after approval of the initial direction, adding new design elements not discussed in the brief, or creating a completely new card variant — these are treated as new work and priced separately
Usage Rights
Upon full payment, you receive complete commercial usage rights to all delivered design files. You may use the business card and letterhead designs across all printed materials, digital documents, and client-facing communications without restriction. The editable source files are yours to modify and reuse as your business evolves.

Print quality and color accuracy depend on the printer, paper stock, and printing process used — these are outside the scope of this service. It is recommended to request a physical proof from your print vendor before placing a full print run. Design outputs are based on the information and references provided during the brief stage.
