Workflow

Timeline

The delivery timeline is 2–4 business days. The timeline starts after receiving all required materials from the client, including the title, author name, topic, references, size requirements, and any brand or visual assets. Delays in providing the required materials may affect the delivery date.

Revision Policy

• This service includes two revision rounds within the agreed design direction.

• What counts as a revision:

  • Minor text changes using client-provided text.

  • Adjusting colors, typography, or layout details.

  • Replacing an image or graphic element.

  • Adjusting spacing, alignment, or visual balance.

  • Updating the size if the correct size was provided before starting.

• What does not count as a revision and may require an additional cost:

  • Creating a completely new design direction after approval.

  • Designing an additional cover concept.

  • Changing the full book title or topic after design begins.

  • Adding interior book layout or page formatting.

  • Preparing print files, spine, or back cover not agreed in advance.

  • Providing Amazon/KDP-specific formatting without prior specifications.

  • Requesting unlimited changes beyond the included rounds.
