Timeline

The timeline starts after receiving all required materials and access from the client, including WordPress login details, current website link, selected pages, current issues, design references, brand assets, and any content or media updates. Delays in providing complete information, access, approvals, or required assets may affect the delivery date.

Revision Policy

• This service includes one revision round, unless otherwise agreed before starting.

• What counts as a revision:

  • Minor layout adjustments on the redesigned pages.

  • Refining spacing, section order, or visual hierarchy.

  • Replacing provided images or media.

  • Adjusting colors, fonts, or styling within the existing brand direction.

  • Improving readability or formatting within the agreed pages.

  • Minor responsive display adjustments.

• What does not count as a revision and may require an additional cost:

  • Adding more than 5 pages.

  • Rebuilding the full website from scratch.

  • Changing the full design direction after approval.

  • Creating new complex features.

  • Redesigning WooCommerce store pages unless agreed.

  • Migrating the website to another platform.

  • Writing all page content from scratch.

  • Security cleanup, malware removal, or technical repair beyond redesign.
