Important Notes
- This service covers up to 50 products in the base package; additional products beyond this limit are available as an add-on
- All product data — including names, descriptions, prices, SKUs, and stock quantities — must be provided by the client in a structured spreadsheet before work begins; this service does not include product copywriting
- Product images must be provided by the client in JPG or PNG format; image editing, background removal, or product photography are not included
- SEO titles and meta descriptions are populated using your existing product data — they are structured and formatted for SEO best practices, but are not written from scratch by a copywriter
- Variable products (with attributes such as size or color) can be configured, but the attribute names, values, and variation combinations must be clearly defined in the client’s spreadsheet
- An SEO plugin must already be installed on your WooCommerce site to support per-product SEO fields (e.g., Yoast SEO or Rank Math); if none is installed, this will be flagged before import begins
- The timeline begins after admin access, the completed product spreadsheet, and all product images have been received and confirmed

Requirements From Client
- WooCommerce admin login credentials (shared securely — a temporary admin account is recommended)
- A completed product data spreadsheet containing for each product: product name, short description, full description, price, sale price (if applicable), SKU, stock quantity, product type (simple or variable), and any attribute and variation details
- Product images in JPG or PNG format, clearly labeled to match the corresponding product in the spreadsheet
- Your intended category and subcategory structure — or a description of how you want products organized, and we will propose a structure for your approval
- Confirmation of which SEO plugin is installed on your site (Yoast SEO or Rank Math preferred)
- Any specific formatting or data standards you want applied consistently across all products
Deliverables
- Up to 50 fully configured products — live in your WooCommerce store with correct categories, attributes, variations, images, alt text, and SEO fields
- Import report in PDF or spreadsheet format — listing all imported products, their assigned categories, any variations configured, and any items flagged during the process
Timeline
4 business days from the date WooCommerce admin access, the completed product spreadsheet, and all product images are received and confirmed. If data is incomplete or requires significant clarification before import can begin, the timeline adjusts accordingly.
Revision Policy
- Included revisions: 1 round of corrections after delivery
- What counts as a revision: Correcting a miscategorized product, fixing an incorrectly mapped field, updating an image assignment, or adjusting an SEO title or meta description based on your feedback
- What is NOT a revision: Adding new products beyond the 50 imported, rewriting product descriptions, changing the category structure significantly after import is complete, or reconfiguring variation matrices based on data not provided in the original spreadsheet — these are treated as additional work and scoped separately
Usage Rights
Upon full payment and delivery, all imported product data, configured categories, and uploaded images are fully yours within your WooCommerce store. You retain complete ownership of your store and catalog. No ongoing fees or licensing are associated with the import work performed.
