Three core transactional email types are covered, and the final templates are integrated directly into your WooCommerce installation and delivered as HTML source files for future use.

Important Notes

- WooCommerce admin access is required before work begins; we recommend creating a temporary administrator account

Requirements From Client

- Logo file in SVG or PNG format (high resolution preferred)
- Brand color codes in HEX format
- Preferred font — or confirmation that the brand font is a standard web-safe or Google Font; if a licensed font is in use, specify the name and we will confirm email client compatibility
- Any messaging preferences or tone notes — e.g., formal vs. conversational, any specific phrases or sign-off language you want used
- Any specific text blocks you want included in the emails beyond WooCommerce’s standard dynamic fields (e.g., a support contact line, a return policy note, a custom thank-you message)
- Examples of transactional emails from other brands whose style you like — optional but helpful for design direction

Timeline
4 business days from the date WooCommerce admin access, logo file, brand colors, and messaging preferences are all received and confirmed. If any materials are delayed or require clarification, the timeline adjusts accordingly.
Revision Policy
- Included revisions: 1 round of revisions across all 3 templates after delivery
- What counts as a revision: Adjusting colors, font sizes, layout proportions, logo placement, spacing, or updating a specific text block in any of the 3 templates based on your feedback
- What is NOT a revision: Requesting a completely different design direction after the initial templates are approved, adding a fourth email type, requesting changes to WooCommerce dynamic field behavior (order data, customer name, etc.), or redesigning templates to match a different brand identity — these are treated as new scope and priced separately
Usage Rights
Upon full payment and delivery, you receive full ownership of all 3 HTML email templates and their source files. You may modify, reuse, and redeploy the templates within your WooCommerce store without restriction. The HTML source files are delivered without obfuscation and are yours to edit directly or hand to a developer for future modifications.
Professional Disclaimer
This service develops and integrates custom HTML email templates based on the brand materials and preferences provided by the client. Email rendering behavior varies across email clients and devices — while compatibility testing is conducted across Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail, minor visual differences may appear in other clients or older versions of tested clients. Email deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates depend on factors beyond the template design — including your sending domain reputation, SMTP configuration, and email content — which are outside the scope of this service.
