  3. We review your current page state (for existing pages) or begin setup (for new pages)
  4. The branded banner image is designed and uploaded, and the logo is formatted and uploaded
  5. The About section is researched and written with keyword optimization in mind
  6. The services section is configured with up to 10 service entries
  7. The 30-day posting plan template is drafted based on your business focus and audience
  8. All deliverables are confirmed live on the page and the content plan template is delivered in document format

Important Notes
  • LinkedIn Company Page access must be provided before work begins — the preferred method is an invitation as a Super Admin via the Page admin settings, rather than sharing personal account credentials
  • If the Company Page does not yet exist, we will guide you through the creation step — however, creating the page requires a personal LinkedIn account belonging to the client; we cannot create a Company Page on your behalf without that account
  • Banner image design is included — if you already have a banner image you want used, we will upload and format it; if not, we design one using your brand colors and logo
  • Content writing for individual LinkedIn posts is not included — the 30-day posting plan template provides topic direction and format suggestions, not written post copy
  • LinkedIn Ads, sponsored content, or any paid promotion setup is not included
  • Personal LinkedIn profile optimization for founders or team members is not included in this service
  • The timeline begins after page access, logo, brand colors or existing banner, company description, and services list are all received and confirmed

Requirements From Client
  • LinkedIn Company Page access — Super Admin invitation via the Page settings (preferred), or guidance on how to grant access if unfamiliar with the process
  • Logo file in SVG or PNG format (high resolution preferred)
  • Brand color codes in HEX format — or an existing banner image if you already have one you want used
  • A written description of your company — what you do, who you serve, your key differentiators, and your geographic focus if relevant (2–5 sentences is sufficient; we will expand and optimize it)
  • A list of up to 10 services to be configured in the Services section — include the service name and a brief description of each
  • Your target audience on LinkedIn — who should find and follow your page (e.g., industry, job title, company size, geography)
  • Your primary goal for the Company Page: client acquisition, talent attraction, brand awareness, or a combination

Deliverables
  • A fully set up or optimized LinkedIn Company Page — live with all fields completed and configured
  • Branded banner image — live on the page and delivered as a source file
  • 30-day posting plan template in Google Doc or PDF format — covering topic themes, content format suggestions, and posting frequency for the first month

Timeline

3 business days from the date LinkedIn page access, logo, brand colors or banner image, company description, and services list are all received and confirmed. If access setup is delayed, the timeline adjusts accordingly.


Revision Policy
  • Included revisions: 1 round of revisions after delivery
  • What counts as a revision: Adjusting the banner design, rewriting a section of the About copy, updating a service entry, modifying the posting plan topics, or correcting any field on the live page based on your feedback
  • What is NOT a revision: Redesigning the banner in a completely different visual direction after the initial design is approved, rewriting the About section based on a significantly different company positioning than what was described in the brief, or adding Showcase Pages or personal profile optimization after delivery — these are treated as new work and priced separately

Usage Rights

Upon full payment and delivery, the banner design, source file, and posting plan template are fully yours. All content entered on the LinkedIn Company Page is yours — you retain complete ownership and admin control of the page. The posting plan template may be adapted and reused for future content planning without restriction.
