Overview

Serving audiences in more than one language requires more than just translating text — it requires a properly configured technical structure that handles URLs, language switching, SEO signals, and content separation correctly. Poorly implemented multilingual setups often result in duplicate content issues, broken page structures, or a confusing user experience. This service installs and fully configures a multilingual plugin (WPML or Polylang) on your existing WordPress site, sets up the translation-ready structure for up to 5 core pages, implements a language switcher in your header or footer, and configures an SEO-friendly URL structure using either subdirectory or subdomain format. The translated content itself is provided by you — this service handles the technical foundation that makes it work correctly. This WordPress multilingual service is designed for businesses that need professional results quickly.

Who Is This For?
  • Businesses targeting both Arabic and English-speaking audiences who need a properly structured bilingual website
  • Companies expanding into a new geographic market that requires a second language version of their existing site
  • Service providers and consultants who have translated content ready but no technical setup in place to implement it
  • E-commerce businesses on WordPress that need to serve customers in multiple languages with correct URL and SEO structure
  • Startups and SMBs whose current site is single-language and need to add a second language without rebuilding from scratch
  • Organizations that have previously attempted a multilingual setup but encountered technical or SEO issues they want resolved properly

What You Will Receive
  • Installation and full configuration of WPML or Polylang on your existing WordPress site
  • Language switcher implemented in your site header or footer
  • SEO-friendly URL structure configured — subdirectory (e.g., /ar/) or subdomain (e.g., ar.yourdomain.com) based on your preference
  • Translation-ready page structure set up for up to 5 core pages
  • Basic functionality test across both language versions confirming the setup works correctly
  • Setup documentation covering what was configured and how to manage the multilingual structure going forward

Workflow
  1. Place your order and receive an intake form via email
  2. Submit your WordPress admin credentials, your translated text for up to 5 pages, and your preferred URL structure
  3. We review your current site setup and confirm compatibility before beginning
  4. The multilingual plugin is installed and configured according to your preferred settings
  5. The language switcher is implemented and the URL structure is configured
  6. Translated content is entered into the translation-ready page structure for each of the 5 pages
  7. A basic functionality test is conducted across both language versions
  8. Setup documentation is prepared and all deliverables are handed over

Important Notes
  • This service requires access to your existing WordPress admin panel — credentials must be shared securely before work begins
  • Content translation is not included; all translated text for up to 5 pages must be provided by the client in a ready-to-use document before work begins
  • If WPML is the chosen plugin, the client is responsible for purchasing the WPML license separately — this cost is not included in the service fee
  • Polylang (free version) is available as an alternative to WPML; plugin selection is confirmed during the intake stage based on your site’s needs
  • This setup covers up to 5 pages in the initial configuration; additional pages beyond this limit are available as an add-on
  • Compatibility with your current theme and other installed plugins cannot be guaranteed in advance — any conflicts discovered during setup will be flagged and discussed before proceeding
  • This service is for existing WordPress sites only; it does not include building a new website from scratch
  • The timeline begins after admin access and all translated content have been received and confirmed

  • Translation of any content — all translated text must be provided by the client
  • Setup for more than 5 pages in the base package
  • WPML plugin license — purchased separately by the client if WPML is selected

Timeline

3 business days from the date WordPress admin access and all translated content for the 5 pages are received and confirmed. If access or content is delayed, the timeline adjusts accordingly.

Revision Policy
  • Included revisions: 1 round of adjustments following delivery
  • What counts as a revision: Correcting any configuration issue discovered post-delivery, adjusting the language switcher placement, or modifying the URL structure format if a different preference is identified after testing
  • What is NOT a revision: Adding pages beyond the original 5 included in the setup, making theme design changes to accommodate the second language, or fixing conflicts caused by third-party plugins installed after the setup was completed — these are treated as additional work and scoped separately

Usage Rights

Upon full payment and delivery, the configured multilingual setup is fully yours to manage, expand, and maintain. All plugin configurations, page structures, and documentation are delivered without restriction. You retain full ownership of your WordPress site and all its content in both language versions.

Professional Disclaimer

This service configures a multilingual structure on your existing WordPress installation based on the information and access provided. Compatibility with all themes, page builders, and third-party plugins cannot be guaranteed in advance — any conflicts discovered during setup will be communicated before proceeding. SEO outcomes from the multilingual URL structure depend on broader on-site and off-site SEO factors beyond the scope of this configuration service. It is recommended to back up your WordPress site before any configuration work begins.
