Requirements From Client

  • A brief description of your store’s main products or categories — this helps us write email copy that is specific to what customers actually abandoned
  • Any existing email tool or plugin already active on your store (to check for conflicts or overlap before installation)

Timeline

  • What is NOT a revision: Rewriting all 3 emails in a completely different tone or brand voice after delivery, switching to a different email plugin requiring a full reinstallation, or adding a 4th email to the sequence — these are treated as new work and priced separately

Usage Rights

Upon full payment and delivery, the email copy, configuration settings, and all delivered documentation are fully yours. You retain complete ownership and control of the configured sequence within your WooCommerce store. The email copy may be adapted, reused, or updated by your team at any time.
