Overview
Miscommunication with clients, partners, investors, or internal teams is one of the most common and costly problems in project-based businesses. When there are no defined rules for who communicates what, to whom, through which channel, and how often, things fall through the cracks — and relationships suffer as a result. This service builds a structured stakeholder communication plan tailored to your business context: a stakeholder map covering up to 5 key groups, a communication matrix defining the message, channel, frequency, and responsible party for each group, and suggested message templates for the most common communication scenarios. The output is a practical, ready-to-implement document that brings consistency and clarity to how your business communicates — internally and externally.

- CRM setup, email automation, or any technical platform configuration is not part of this service
- Crisis communication strategy and reputation management are not within the scope of this service
- The plan is designed based on your current stakeholder relationships and business context; significant changes to your business structure after delivery may require a revised scope

Timeline
4 business days from the date the completed intake form is received with all required information. If inputs are incomplete or require clarification, the timeline adjusts until the information is confirmed.
Revision Policy
- Included revisions: 1 round of written revisions on all delivered documents
- What counts as a revision: Adjusting stakeholder group definitions, modifying matrix entries (frequency, channel, responsible party), rewording a message template, or adding a minor clarification to any section of the plan
- What is NOT a revision: Adding new stakeholder groups beyond the original 5, requesting a fully rewritten set of communication templates for all scenarios, or restructuring the entire matrix based on a significantly different business context than what was submitted — these are treated as new scope and priced separately

Upon full payment, you receive full rights to use all delivered documents within your business. You may share the communication plan with team members, project managers, or external partners. The editable spreadsheet is yours to adapt and update as your stakeholder relationships evolve. Documents may not be resold or redistributed as a third-party deliverable.
