Overview
Pricing decisions are among the most consequential a business makes, yet many small and medium-sized businesses set prices based on instinct, imitation, or outdated assumptions. Underpricing erodes profitability; overpricing reduces conversions. This service conducts a structured audit of your current pricing model — reviewing it against your stated cost structure, your market positioning, and the pricing of three direct competitors — then delivers a clear written recommendations report. The report covers pricing model options (tiered, value-based, bundled), suggested price ranges, and practical packaging improvements, giving you a documented basis for pricing decisions rather than guesswork. This pricing strategy service is designed for businesses that need professional results quickly.
Who Is This For?

- E-commerce stores and product businesses that want to benchmark their pricing against the market before scaling

- Consultants and freelancers who suspect they are undercharging but lack a structured framework to evaluate it
- SMB owners preparing for a rebrand, new product launch, or market expansion who want pricing to be part of the strategy
- Businesses that have received pricing objections from clients and want to understand whether the issue is positioning or price itself

Important Notes

- Competitor benchmarking is based on publicly available pricing information; if competitors do not publish prices, benchmarking will reflect available market data with that limitation noted in the report
- Cost data must be provided by the client — this service cannot produce a cost analysis without your input on margins, overheads, or cost per delivery
- This service provides advisory recommendations only; it does not include implementing new prices on any platform or system
- Legal, contractual, or tax-related pricing matters are not within the scope of this service
- The timeline begins after the completed intake form is received with all required information
