Overview
Many teams stay busy without making meaningful progress — often because goals are vague, unmeasured, or disconnected from day-to-day priorities. The OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework is a structured goal-setting method used by businesses of varying sizes to connect team effort with measurable outcomes. This service guides you through a focused remote session to understand your current business context and priorities, then delivers a complete, ready-to-use OKR document for one business quarter: 2–3 clearly defined objectives, each with 3–5 measurable key results, priority rankings, and a simple tracking spreadsheet. The output is a practical planning document your team can begin using immediately. This OKR framework service is designed for businesses that need professional results quickly.
Who Is This For?
- SMB founders and business owners setting structured quarterly goals for the first time
- Team leaders who want to align their team’s effort with specific, measurable outcomes
- Startups moving from an early-stage reactive mode into a more structured operational rhythm
- Consultants and service businesses that want a clearer internal focus for a specific growth quarter
- Operations managers responsible for connecting departmental activity to broader business targets
- Entrepreneurs preparing for investor updates, funding rounds, or board reviews who need documented goals

- A 1-hour remote discovery and alignment session (via video call)
- A complete OKR document for one business quarter — 2–3 objectives with 3–5 key results each
- Priority ranking for each key result
- A one-page OKR summary document
- A simple OKR tracking spreadsheet template
Workflow
- Place your order and receive a pre-session brief form via email
- Submit a summary of your current business stage, main challenges, and top priorities for the quarter
- A 1-hour remote session is scheduled at a mutually agreed time
- The session covers goal discovery, objective framing, and key result definition
- The OKR document and tracking template are drafted based on session outputs
- The completed OKR document and tracking spreadsheet are delivered for your review
- One round of written feedback is accepted for minor adjustments before final delivery
Important Notes
- The project timeline begins after the remote session has taken place and all session notes are confirmed
- The session must be scheduled within 5 business days of order placement; delays in scheduling affect the delivery timeline
- This service covers one business quarter only — ongoing coaching, monthly check-ins, and future quarter updates are not included
- OKR quality depends significantly on the clarity and specificity of the inputs provided during the session and the pre-session brief
- The service is delivered in English; if Arabic language documents are required, this must be confirmed before the session and may affect the timeline
- Tool-specific setup (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) is not included — the deliverables are format-agnostic documents

Professional Disclaimer
This service provides a structured goal-setting document based on the information shared during the session and the pre-session brief. The quality and relevance of the OKR output depends on the accuracy and clarity of the inputs provided.
