Overview
Many businesses operate with a logo but no documented rules for how colors and fonts should be used — which leads to inconsistency across social media, presentations, client documents, and websites. This service establishes a clear, reusable visual foundation: a defined color system with all technical color codes, and a typography guide with font pairings and hierarchy rules. The output is a one-page PDF brand guide plus source files your team or any future designer can reference immediately. This brand colors service is designed for businesses that need professional results quickly.
Who Is This For?
- Startups that have a logo but no consistent visual language across their materials
- Small and medium-sized businesses preparing for a website build or rebranding effort
- Freelancers and consultants who want a polished, professional brand presence
- Marketing teams that work with multiple designers or tools and need a shared reference
- Entrepreneurs launching a new product or service and building their brand from scratch
- Businesses whose current designs feel inconsistent or off-brand without a clear reason

- The completed PDF and source files are delivered to you for review
- You submit revision requests (if any) within the included revision round
- Final files are delivered upon approval
Important Notes
- The project timeline begins after all required client materials have been received
- Font recommendations are selected from Google Fonts or Adobe Fonts unless a licensed font is already in use by the client
- This service covers the visual system only — it does not include logo creation, redesign, or any applied design work
- Color output is optimized for screen use (HEX/RGB); CMYK values are provided as references for print but are not print-proofed
- Any significant change in brand direction after delivery is considered a new scope and requires a separate agreement
